What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

We are hiring for a technical leader for our sales enablement- customer resource management tool.

  • Ensuring the effective use of information systems in meeting the needs of the business

  • Providing consultancy for business challenges/situations in the sales area

  • Support our field sales team for support and tool issue resolution

  • Driving the global sales tool harmonization jointly with the respective partners in the SI Sales and regional Sales Excellence functions

  • Translating user requirements/ use cases/ user stories into IT requirements

  • Investigating business situations, identifying, evaluating, and gathering business needs and determining solutions to business problems and/or options for improving business systems

  • Applies Technical Expertise on core sales and business system technologies

  • Leverages deep process know how of business process for consultancy of sales excellence team

  • Works directly with our IT Development team to implement needed changes to platform

  • Analyzes current and future needs to position change in respect to CRM platform

Requirements and Competencies

  • Analytical and consulting skills

  • Relevant business and technology background

  • Technical Proficiency in Salesforce

  • Mastering difficult situations and working under time and quality pressure

  • Industry/business acumen (5 years of experience in related field of CRM- Salesforce CRM platform)

  • BS/BA in IT, Business Management, or Marketing or related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

  • 10% travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the Sales Force CRM Platform
