This opportunity is unique to active-duty USMilitary Service members with formal approval to participate in a SkillBridge Internshipas a Client Service Manager, incollaboration with Vets2PM’s authorized DoD SkillBridge program .

What a ClientService Manager (CSM)?
Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve peoples’ lives. This position manages a portfolio of service agreements and is responsible for the on-time delivery of scheduled services. A CSM will ensure the financial performance of their service agreement portfolio, and work directly with their customers to identify customer needs and makes prioritized technical recommendations for site improvements.
Workswith the customer to develop service delivery plans to ensure on-timedelivery of the scope of services for all assigned service agreements
Effectivelycoordinate with internal Siemens resources to define complete serviceagreement maintenance plans, master schedule of services and continuedupdated of customers installed base information
Manageservice agreement financial performance and customer satisfaction
SupportSiemens service strategy.Collaborate effectively with sales to develop account strategies todrive Siemens Digital Services to achieve customer’s business goals,leveraging all of Siemens’ service and product portfolios
Identifycustomer needs and makes prioritized technical recommendations for serviceagreements adds, T&M projects, and non-installed part sales
LeadQuality Assurance activities and activities that will support the serviceagreement renewal process
· U.S. Militaryexperience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard,Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
High school diploma orstate-recognized GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
(Automation specific)Experience in demand side energy services or Certified Energy Manager preferred
(Fire specific) NICET Level 1certification preferred
(Security specific) PhysicalSecurity Professional ASIS certification preferred
Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills
Familiarity or experience withengineering HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems
Proficient in Microsoft Officeand business software systems
Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in English
Qualified applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States
Must be 21 years of age andpossess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
