Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians  perform service, repairs, and installation associated with fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment in accordance with all national and local standards. * Why is this so important?*  Our  Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians  specialized skills, knowledge surround state/federal regulations, and commitment to proper system functioning play a critical role in safeguarding lives, property, and businesses from the devastating effects of fires.

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician , you will:   

  • Install, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and firepumps

  • Perform fire sprinkler, fire pump and other water-based equipment inspections andtesting

  • Properly document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required process of reporting deficiencies whileon-site 

  • Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies andprocedures

  • Maintain complete andaccuratedocumentation of all workperformed

  • Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment. Follow corporate policies related to vehicle use andcare

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 1+ years’ experience in theinstallation and / or repair of water-based equipment

  • Be able to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted 

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without companysponsorship

  • Must be 18 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limitedviolations 

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • 3+ years’Experience with installation and repair of water-based equipment, 5+ yearspreferred

  • Ability to read/understand designExperience with installation and repair of water-basedequipment

  • High school diploma, state-recognized GED, Associate’s,orBachelor’sDegreepreferred
